spice mix used in Pakistani snack recipes. Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons cumin seeds |
2 1/2 tablespoons whole coriander seeds |
2 1/2-3 tablespoons peppercorns |
4 tablespoons whole red chilies |
2 1/2 tablespoons black salt |
2 1/2 tablespoons khatai, powder |
Directions:
1. Dry roast the whole ingredients in a pan. 2. Cool, grind. 3. Add in the salt and khatai powder. 4. Mix well or grind once more. 5. Store in an airtight container. |
