Recipe from Nisha Rob's cooking class conducted at the British International School Slovenia. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons mango powder |
1/2 teaspoon black salt |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 teaspoons coriander seeds |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds |
1 dried mint |
1/2 inch ginger, finely grated |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
red chili powder (cayenne) |
oregano seeds (to taste) |
ground cloves (to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon asafetida powder |
Directions:
1. Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and store in an airtight container. |
