Ingredients:
2 teaspoons mango powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds
1 dried mint
1/2 inch ginger, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
red chili powder (cayenne)
oregano seeds (to taste)
ground cloves (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon asafetida powder
Directions:
1. Dry roast the coriander seeds in a frying pan. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and store in an airtight container.
