You are gonna hit the jack-pot with this one. Not too sweet - delicious! Ingredients:
1 can pitted, sour pie cherries, canned in water |
1 package cherry gelatin |
1 small can crushed pineapple |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 orange rind, grated |
1 lemon rind, grated |
2 tablespoons sugar |
another 3 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Drain juice from cherries and add 2 tablespoons sugar to the juice. 2. Heat juice and add gelatin 3. Add 3 Tablespoons sugar to drained cherries 4. Add pineapple, nuts, and grated rinds. 5.
