Cream cheese, ham, and avocado (that's the Cha Cha) is my latest sandwich creation. I didn't list amounts because that really depends on taste, but I don't skimp on anything.
Ingredients:
2 slices toasted sliced sourdough bread
ham slices
avocado, slices
cream cheese
dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
2. Put avocado slices on one slice of bread.
3. Put ham slices (I like them folded) on the other slice of bread.
4. Spread mustard in between ham slices, but not on the top slice.
5. Put the sandwich together.
6. You know what to do next!
