To eat with tostadas....and enjoy with friends!
Ingredients:
1/2 kg fish (lenguado, dorado, robalo)
1/2 kg lemmon
4 tomatoes
onion to taste
2 small cucumber
2 tablespoon cilantro
1 glass (250 ml) v8 vegetable juice
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Clean and dry the fish
2. cut the fish in small dices
3. slice or chop (up to you) the onion (red or white)
4. squezze the lemmons. Put all this in a bowl, for 1 hour, in the refrigetator.
5. Then, take off the extra lemmon juice , leave only the fish and the onion.
6. Then cut in dices the cucumber and the tomatoe, and chop the cilantro. Add this to the fish. Add salt to taste, and finally, add the v8 .
7. Mix all, and enjoy with tostadas and a beer!!!
