1 lb halibut |
1/4 lb shrimp |
4 lemons |
2 garlic cloves |
1 small onion |
1/2 cucumber |
1 hot pepper, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander) |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
Directions:
1. Juice lemons. 2. chop up everything. 3. mix it up, add lemon juice. 4. refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight. |
