Bosnian sausage Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 cup bread crumbs, wet |
1 tbs ground pepper |
1/4 cup baking powder |
1 tbs minced garlic |
1 cup water |
4 oz cream cheese |
4 oz sour cream |
1/4 cup feta cheese |
1/4 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. mix ground beef, wet bread crumbs, ground pepper, baking powder, minced garlic and water. 2. roll into links (cevap). 3. put in fridge for 30 minutes. 4. pan fry over medium high heat. 5. mix cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese and margarine. (kajmak) 6. dip sausage into kajmak 7. enjoy |
