Found it online Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 red pepper |
1 yellow pepper |
4 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/2 cup chicken stock |
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
2 tablespoons capers |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken, then add veg, cook down, add liquid and chicken back into the pan, add capers right before serving. |
