this is one bowl/plate per person..fruit slices ..breakfast
Ingredients:
one pink grapefruit
two navel oranges
can of drained mandarin oranges
shredded wheat cereal ( small bisquits)..chex mix...granola cereal...whatever you like...
yogurt or cottage cheese
orange jello
Directions:
1. peel the fruit and seperate into slices...
2. make the jello
3. lay two grapefruit and arrange orange slices in a regular cereal bowl ...so they lay flat
4. cover with liquid jello ....even a smidge extra
5. sprinkle in some shredded wheat bisquits or chex mix cereal, granola..whatever..(thin flakes dont hold up)
6. set in fridge covered over night
7. if you get lucky these flip out onto toast plates and its all upside down
8. top before serving with some cottage cheese or yogurt you like...
