Ingredients:
1 cup cheerios
1/2 cup rice krispies
1 cup oats, regular and quick and instant, unenriched, dry
3 packages splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almonds
2 tbls crunchy peanut butter
6 tbls egg whites
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. Press into square pan. Bake 350 F for 15 minutes.
