Sounds strange, but it's a tasty combination. You can use any cereal you want and add additional toppings (e.g. syrup, honey, cinnamon, etc.) to suit your mood. Ingredients:
1/4 cup cereal (shreddies, chex and crispix work well) |
1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg whites) |
sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly 2. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds. 3. Allow to cool, then add any toppings you wish. |
