Ingredients:
4 pounds ground beef |
1 large green pepper, diced |
1 large onion, diced |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
3/4 cup cracker crumbs |
ketchup, as needed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup. Knead mixture and place into a loaf pan. In a large shallow pan, add 1-inch of water, place the meatloaf pan in the center and cover with foil. Bake for approximately 1 hour. 3. Drain water, remove foil, cover meatloaf with ketchup and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. 4.
