Celeste's Sweet Fire Cheese Mold |

From my Mom's friend Celeste Ingredients:
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1 onion, chopped fine |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
jalapeno jelly |
Directions:
1. Mix all together, except jalapeno jelly.
2. Place in a mold.
3. Chill several hours or overnight.
4. Unmold and spread jalapeno jelly over top.
5. Serve with crackers.
