What could be easier. A great way tob use up that left over celery Ingredients:
4 cups chopped celery |
3 medium onions |
1 cup grated cheese |
1 1/2 cups walnuts |
3 cups fresh breadcrumbs |
2 cups tomato juice |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs then add remaining ingredients in the order given,. 2. Grease a loaf tin or casserole dish, and place celery mix in. 3. Bake 180C for approx 60 minutes. |
