A good stuffing. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
2 cups dry breadcrumbs |
2 cups finely chopped celery |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter. 2. Add crumbs and mix well. 3. Add celery, salt, and pepper. 4. Mix. 5. Fill cavity of bird or cook in a greased pan for 40 min at 350 degrees. |
