This is a quick appeitizer before dinner of lunch that everybody enjoys, that is an old favorite Ingredients:
2 brunches of celery |
1 1/2 up hidden valley ranch dressing |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/3 teaspoon paprika |
large platter or tray |
bowl for dip |
1 pint of cherry tomatoes |
Directions:
1. clean and wash celery pat dry. 2. cut the bottom 3. discard all the leaves and set aside 4. cut each celery stalk into finger length pieces then cut again in half lengthwise wise 5. Get a medium size bowl to mix the ranch dressing, sour cream & 6. paprika. pour into the bowl for the dip. 7. Pace the dip in the center of the platter 8. Arrange all the celery sticks all the whole length of the platter till it is full and covered. if platter is too big get a smaller platter. use the celery leaves to decorate around the bowl of dip. 9. arrange the cherry tomatoes in between the leaves to give the platter color. |
