1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion |
1 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in vinegar and onion. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fresh fruit or salad greens. Yield: 1-1/2 cups. |
