A nice side dish without meat. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon margarine |
1 1/3 cups celery, cut in 1 inch pieces |
1 1/3 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/3 cup water |
1 small tomato, peeled and chopped |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat overn to 350F. 2. Melt margarine in skillet; add celery, onion, garlic powder and water. 3. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until tender; drain. 4. Place in casserole, top with tomato, sprinkle with cheese. 5. Bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes. |
