Ingredients:
4 stalks celery, sliced |
1 green onion, minced |
minced parsley |
2 large tomatoes |
1/2 cup grated nuts (walnut or pecan) |
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and mix with the celery and green onion and parsley. 2. Add a mixture of orange and lemon juice as dressing. 3. Use lettuce leaves as a bed for this salad and sprinkle with grated nuts. |
