Ingredients:
1 cup(s) apple juice |
1 apples, large |
1 celebration roast |
1 green pepper |
1/2 cup(s) olive oil |
1 onion |
4 potatoes |
Directions:
1. Place roast in a large casserole dish 2. Dice potatoes and apple and distribute around roast 3. Chop pepper and onion and distribute around roast 4. Pour juice over roast and vegetables 5. Drizzle oil over roast and vegetables 6. Back at 375 for about an hour- until potatoes are cooked. Every 10 or fifteen minutes, spoon juices over roast and vegetables and mix up vegetables. Cover if apples begin to brown |
