Ingredients:
1/2 pound smoked bluefish |
1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
2 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Remove skin and bones from bluefish. Process fish in food processor until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly; garnish, if desired. |
