Have some chick peas lying around? Put them to use with fresh spinach in this common Italian dish. Ingredients:
12 oz fresh spinach |
olive oil |
9 oz already cooked chickpeas |
smoked paprika |
1 clove of garlic |
salt |
Directions:
1. Stir-fry spinach with olive oil with garlic and a little salt. When the spinach starts to 'melt' you should add the chickpeas. 2. Stir-fry for a few minutes and place in a bowl with some paprika sprinkled ontop. Serve! |
