A refreshing bite of cool cucumber, whipped cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon zest and caviar. Ingredients:
1 (2 ounce) jar red salmon caviar (like romanoff) |
english cucumber, cut 1/2-inch thick slices |
1/3 cup whipped cream cheese |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill |
black pepper |
fresh dill sprigs or lemon zest |
Directions:
1. Scoop out center of each cucumber slice with a small melon baller. 2. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, chopped dill and black pepper. 3. Using a small spoon or a pastry bag, fill the center of each hollowed cucumber slice. Top each with a spoonful of caviar. Garnish with dill sprigs. |
