Ingredients:
12 slices bread |
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley |
1 (2-ounce) jar red caviar |
1 (2-ounce) jar black caviar |
Directions:
1. Lightly toast each side of bread; trim crust. Using a small diamond-shaped cookie cutter, cut 2 shapes from each slice. Spread each slice with softened cream cheese, and dip edges in chopped parsley. 2. Place about 1/2 teaspoon red caviar in the center of 12 of the canapés. Repeat procedure with black caviar and remaining canapés. Transfer to serving platter. |
