Great recipe to make for big groups, easy to freeze Ingredients:
12 ounces assorted pasta |
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 celery (optional) |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
30 ounces tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup black olives, sliced or chopped |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon oregano |
1 tablespoon basil |
16 ounces pepperoni, sliced |
1 dash red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and onion. 2. Add green pepper,celery, seasonings, and tomato sauce. 3. Cook 15 minutes. 4. Cook pasta, drain. 5. Mix all ingredients. 6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
