Arnabeet bel Lamoun is cauliflower simmered with garlic,olive oil and lemon. Cooked till just soft(still a little crisp). Serve with chicken or even in a salad Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower,cut into florets,julienne the stalks |
4tbs olive oil |
1tsp minced garlic |
3tbs lemon juice |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In med. frying pan,combine olive oil,garlic and lemon. Add cauliflower and simmer on low to med heat,turning every few minutes. Continue to cook for 10 to 15 mins. until cauliflower is a little soft,but still maintains firmness. |
