Ingredients:
1 lb cauliflower floret |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. 2. Cover saucepan and steam 7-8 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. 3. Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish. 4. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently before serving. |
