Serve this herbed cauliflower dish with lean flank steak and Baked Tomatoes. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules |
2 cups cauliflower flowerets |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Set aside. 2. Combine water and bouillon granules in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cauliflower, and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Combine cauliflower and herb mixture; toss gently. |
