From Tastes for All Seasons byh Crye-Leike. Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped & drained |
1/2 cup minced scallion |
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Core cauliflower and break into small florets; steam 4 to 5 minutes until just crisp-tender. 2. Drain and combine with 2 tablespoons butter. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs. 4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining butter after putting in shallow 2-quart dish. 5. Bake at 350*F for about 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned. |
