Cauliflower With Anchovy Caper Sauce |

20 Minute Meals Ingredients:
1 lb cauliflower floret |
10 oil packed anchovies |
1/4 cup brined capers, drained |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Heat 2 quarts salted water to boil in a deep skillet. Add cauliflower; cook until tender 2-3 minutes. 2. Place remaining ingredients in a serving bowl; add 1/3 cup cauliflower cooking water and mix. Drain cauliflower; add to sauce and toss. |
