This is an easy version of Cream of Cauliflower soup. I make this often when in a hurry. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons margarine |
2/3 cup chopped onion |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup |
3 cups milk |
2 cups chopped cooked cauliflower |
salt and pepper, to taste |
4 slices american cheese, cubed |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in saucepan. 2. Add onion and cook until tender. 3. Blend in flour; add milk, cauliflower, cheese, soup and seasonings. 4. Cook until thick and cheese melts. |
