Ingredients:
2 cups shrimp cooked peeled and deveined
1-1/2 cups rice cooked
1 cup cauliflower flowerets raw
1/3 cup green pepper chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
12 pimento stuffed olives sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves mixing well then chill.
2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
