Very elegant and very impressive salad for the cauliflower lovers in your life. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 pound bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces then fry bacon until crisp then crumble.
2. Mix cauliflower, onion and bacon together.
3. Combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise then pour evenly over cauliflower mixture.
4. Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture but do not stir then cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Mix gently and thoroughly just before serving.
