This is a nice salad for cauliflower lovers From the Kanaat Restaurant, Uskudar, Turkey Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower |
2 cups plain, low fat yogurt |
2 garlic gloves |
1/2 tea spoon ground cumin |
1/2 tea spoon red pepper flakes |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil water in a pot and place cauliflower in. When you can insert a knife in cauliflower easily, remove it from pan and drain. Crash garlic gloves and mix with yogurt, salt and cumin. Cut cauliflower in small pieces, place in a salad bowl and pour yogurt sauce on.Stir until cauliflower pieces are coated with yogurt. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top and refrigerate. Serve cold. |
