My sister Janet and her daughter-in-law Teresa make this salad often as requested by their familys. We recently visited and we liked it too. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
10 -12 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 large onion, sliced |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
Directions:
1. Layer the above ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Teresa and Janet also add broccoli which has been broken into small pieces. Other ingredients may be added to suite your taste, such as olives, corn or other vegetables. |
