Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
salt and pepper
white wine vinaigrette
parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. Using a vegetable steam, cook the cauliflower whole, until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
2. Allow the vegetable to cool and then break into flowerets.
3. Toss with the dressing, salt and pepper and top with the cheese.
