Cauliflower and broccoli-the best veggies ever.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed
1 cup cashews
8 tablespoons bleu cheese salad dressing
Directions:
1. Properly wash the head of cauliflower.
2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-size pieces (should look like tiny cauliflower trees).
3. Place cauliflower, thawed peas and cashews into a large mixing bowl.
4. Pour Bleu Cheese Dressing.
5. Stir all ingredients together and serve cold.
