I got this from Oxygen magazine. Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower, chopped |
5 stalks celery, chopped |
8 green onions, chopped |
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 dash celery seed |
sea salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve chilled. |
