1 large sized cauliflower |
3 tablespoons compressed yeast cakes |
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Begin by grating the cauliflower with a cheese grater that contains large holes until you get small grain-like pieces. Mix this with the yeast flakes and then stir in the apple cider vinegar and olive oil along with salt. Serve. |
