I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen cauliflower, cooked until very tender and drained |
2 large eggs, separated |
2 tablespoons cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |

2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In an electric blender whirl until smooth the cauliflower, egg yolks, cream,. 2. salt and pepper. 3. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff: gradually fold in the. 4. cauliflower mixture, scallion and cheddar cheese. 5. Spread over the bottom of a buttered 9 inch pie plate.
