I have made this for a Thanksgiving dinner and carry in's. I think it is simple and good! Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cauliflower |
1 cup celery, diced |
2 cups frozen peas, thawed |
onion, slices |
0.5 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix |
1 cup mayonnaise (salad dressing) |
Directions:
1. Combine the cauliflower, celery peas and onions in a large bowl. 2. Blend the Ranch dressing mix and mayonnaise until smooth. 3. Pour over cauliflower. 4. Toss to coat and chill. |
