Cauliflower medley Ingredients:
2 tablesoons salad oil |
2 cups small fresh cauliflowerets |
2 10-ounce package frozen peas |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
dash pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. 2. Add cauliflowerets and cook covered over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add peas, salt, and pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes longer, separating peas with fork if necessary. 4. Stir in pimiento. 5. Makes 8 servings. |
