Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 medium head cauliflower, cleaned and cooked |
1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, and salt; mix well. 2. Place cauliflower in a serving dish. Pour sauce over cauliflower. Sprinkle with chopped egg, if desired. |
