My mother used to make this all the time when we were kids. Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower, cooked |
2 tablespoons matzo meal |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper |
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mash cauliflower. 2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. 3. Form into pattties, and fry. 4. Drain on paper towels. |
