Sounds simple and refreshing. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
2 quarts water |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets. 2. Bring water, milk and salt to a boil. 3. Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done. 4. Drain. 5. Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper. 6. Toss lightly. |
