Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
3 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento, drained |
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Wash cauliflower, and break into flowerets. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and place in a serving dish. Set aside. 2. Combine butter, vinegar, chopped pimiento, chopped green pepper, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, and pour over flowerets. |
