Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento, drained
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Wash cauliflower, and break into flowerets. Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and place in a serving dish. Set aside.
2. Combine butter, vinegar, chopped pimiento, chopped green pepper, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, and pour over flowerets.
