This is a very delicious and easy to make side dish. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cleaned and seperated |
1 can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup milk |
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes. 2. Place in shallow baking pan. 3. Blend soup, milk and cheese. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Pour over cauliflower. 6. Top with breadcrumbs. 7. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. |
