Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
3 cup(s) broccoli florets |
3 cup(s) cauliflower florets |
10 ounce(s) chopped spinach |
1-1/2 cup(s) fat free milk |
1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower 5 minutes. Combine flour and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute; add Parmesan cheese & stir. Add spinach, nutmeg & pepper and stir. Stir all ingredients together and place in a sprayed baking dish. Bake 250 for 25 minutes. |
