Cauliflower and Potato Curry |

I found this in the Tri-city news back in 2005. It's vegetarian, easy and very delicious. It says it is a zero fat dish and it cost about $7 to make. Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, peeled and quartered |
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets |
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin |
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 teaspoons water |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala |
Directions:
1. Select a large stockpot with lid, add all ingredients and gently cook for about an hour. Stir once or twice. |
