My sister-in-law makes this soup. It is delicious. I myself haven't attempted to make it yet,but I thought I'd share it with you in FOOD WORLD Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflour |
8 cups beef stock |
1-4-inch tube of goat cheese |
1 tsp minced garlic |
1 tbsp dill |
grated parmeson for garnish |
Directions:
1. Chop all of the cauliflour removing the core. 2. Put in the pot of beef stock. 3. Boil until the vegetable is very soft. 4. Puree and strain. 5. Put back on stovetop and add cheese, garlic and dill 6. Incorporate until mixture is smooth. 7. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired |
